What you'll learn

Everything you need for your first role.

Seven modules, in order, from understanding the job to getting hired. Each one ends with something you practice.

  1. 01

    The role, end to end

What a Client Success Manager does all day, and how coaching businesses and agencies work behind the scenes.

  2. 02

    The client journey

From payment to first win to renewal, and where the CSM makes the difference at each step.

  3. 03

    Your first onboarding call

A clear structure for the call that sets up every new client, practiced until it feels natural.

  4. 04

    Check-ins & accountability

Simple frameworks to keep clients moving, live and in writing.

  5. 05

    Communication that builds trust

Messages, Looms and calls that are clear, warm and professional.

  6. 06

    The tool stack

Skool, Slack, Loom, CRMs and the basics of tracking client progress.

  7. 07

    Getting hired

Your CV, a Loom application that stands out, interview practice and where CSM roles are posted.

  8. Plus: Level 1 & 2 certification

A verified credential you can share with employers.

How the training works

Learn it. Practice it. Prove it.

  1. 01

    Step-by-step classroom

Short video lessons in a fixed order, with templates and examples you can reuse.

  2. 02

    Practice, not just theory

Role plays and assignments based on real client situations, with feedback.

  3. 03

    Weekly live Q&A

Bring your questions and get answers from people who do the job.

  4. 04

    Certification

Finish with CSM Foundations (Level 1) and Certified CSM (Level 2) to show what you can do.

Career preparation

Ready for the first interview.

Skills are half the job. The other half is showing a hiring manager that you have them. The Skool prepares you for both, without promising a job nobody can guarantee.

  • A CV that speaks CSM

Translate your past experience into the language coaching businesses hire for.

  • A Loom application

Record a short application video that shows how you would handle a client.

  • Interview practice

The questions and role plays hiring managers use, rehearsed before the real thing.

  • Where the roles are

Where coaching businesses and agencies post CSM roles, and how to stand out.

Remote work

A role that can travel with you.

Many coaching businesses and agencies hire CSMs who work remotely, often for clients in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. It is real work with real hours, and the flexibility is earned by being great at it.

FAQ

Questions.

Already working as a CSM? See The Council

Do I need experience in client success?

No. The Skool starts from zero. What helps most is experience working with people, in any field.

How much time does it take?

The lessons are short and built to fit next to a job. Most of the progress comes from practicing what you learn each week.

Will I get a job after the Skool?

There is no job guarantee, and you should be careful with anyone who promises one. We teach the skills that coaching businesses and agencies hire for and prepare you to apply with confidence.

Are CSM roles remote?

Many are. Coaching businesses and agencies often hire CSMs who work remotely, across time zones, in English. Some roles have set hours to match the business.

What happens after the Skool?

Once you are working as a CSM, you can join The Council, our advanced community, to keep growing. It is optional.
