At Acquisition Ace, we ran a seven-figure-a-month program with three full-time client success people and fulfillment costs under 5%, rebuilt the Trustpilot score to 4.8 with 50+ testimonials, and added more than $5M in extra revenue from offers we built and the back end we ran. At Video Business Academy, client lifetime value went from $4K to $50K+.
None of that happens without great CSMs. And every time I hired, I saw the same problem: lots of motivated people, very few who knew what the job actually is. So I built the training I wish every candidate had done before our first call.
