Client Success Manager, remote.
You make sure clients who paid for a coaching program actually get the result, stay and renew. You are the person they talk to after the sale.
What you'll do
- Own a book of clients in a high-ticket coaching program
- Run onboarding calls and get every client to a first win
- Check in on schedule, spot at-risk clients early and escalate
- Ask for proof and testimonials at the right milestones
- Lead the renewal and upgrade conversation when a client is ready
- Work from a dashboard and SOPs, and report into a weekly review
What we look for
- You have coached, taught, supported or sold to people one to one, and you like following through
- You are comfortable on camera and in voice notes
- You write clearly and log what you did without being asked
- You stay calm when a client is upset or wants out
- You can work hours that overlap with US clients

How do I apply for a Client Success Manager job with you?
By joining the CSM Council community on Skool. We don't run a separate application form. The people we place come from the community, because we can see how they think, learn and work before we put them in front of a client.
Is a job guaranteed if I join?
No. We place members in the offers we run and coaches ask us for good CSMs all the time, but placement depends on fit and on open roles. Be careful with anyone who guarantees you a job.
Do I need experience as a CSM?
No. New members start with the basics of the role and work towards their first remote job. What helps most is experience working with people one to one, in any field.
Are the roles remote?
Yes. The coaching businesses and agencies we work with hire remote CSMs. Most need a few hours of overlap with US time zones and good spoken and written English.
Am I employed by CSM Council?
No. You are employed or contracted by the coaching business or agency you work for. CSM Council trains you and connects you with the roles.
